14-Day Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Personalized Items
Personalized products (custom name and/or shirt number) are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty. Please double-check spelling and numbering before placing your order.
Free Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping on all orders over €100. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect — including personalized items — contact us at support@nationjersey.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
Email support@nationjersey.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply with return instructions within 24 hours on business days.
