Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide to every country, including Europe, North America, Asia, Oceania and beyond. We run two warehouses, one in Asia and one in the USA, so your order ships from whichever is closest to you. Delivery times can vary depending on how far you are from the nearest warehouse.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on your country. Because nearly all of our jerseys are made to order, production takes up to 7 to 10 business days, and delivery adds another 3 to 5 days once your order ships.
Heads up: during the season it gets very busy, so timelines can run a little longer depending on volume and demand.
When do I get free shipping?
Free shipping is included on every order of 2 or more items.
What is your return policy?
From the day your package is delivered to your door, you have 14 days to request a return or refund on non-custom items, as long as they are unworn and in their original packaging. Custom items (personalized name or number) are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty.
How does name & number personalization work?
It is simple. On the product page, toggle on Custom Number (+€2.99) and/or Custom Name (+€4.99), type your value, and add to bag. We print and stitch it onto your kit before it ships.
